National Director for Communications & Community Engagement for AIDS Healthcare Foundation
Devoted to serving his community, Imara Canady is on a vast array of non-profit and arts boards, including AID Atlanta, Hammonds House Museum, National Center for Civil and Human Rights, and the BronzeLens Film Festival. He chairs the Black Leadership AIDS Crisis Coalition, and is a highly respected media and public affairs executive, with numerous awards and honors. - Matt Severson
Director, Margaret Herrick Library at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences
Matt Severson’s career began in 1997 at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where he’s been for over 20 years. With graduate work in critical studies, he is a curator and motion picture archivist responsible for numerous notable exhibitions. He has written for many prominent publications, such as The Wrap, Film Comment and Bright Lights Film Journal. - Raven Randall
Student, Spelman College
Raven Randall is a documentary filmmaking student at Spelman College. Community engagement and social justice are what attracts her to create films that tell authentic stories. She specializes in short-form storytelling, such as short and micro documentaries. Raven is fascinated by film editing, which allows her to creatively enhance her productions.
