How to Stream AJFF at Home

Step 1: Order Your Tickets

Visit AJFF.org/buytickets to select films and add them to your cart. Then check out when your order is complete. You can always go back and purchase tickets for additional films.

Step 2: Receive Two Emails

You’ll receive two emails. One is the receipt confirming your order. The other has your voucher codes, which are your tickets to watch the movies.

Step 3: Decide How You Want to Watch

On a Computer:

• PCs running Windows 7, 8.1 or 10. Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera. Note: Internet Explorer is not supported.
• Macs running Mac OSX 10.12 or later. Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Opera.

On an iPad

• Use Safari on iOS 11.2 or later

On a Tablet

• Use Chrome on Android 6.0 or later

On a Television

• Download Our App for Roku, AppleTV, Amazon FireStick, or...
• Cast from the Chrome browser to a Chromecast device, or...
• Airplay from a computer, iPhone, or iPad to an AppleTV or any Smart TV bearing the ‘AirPlay’ badge

Note: Screen mirroring from an iPad is not supported and neither is a lightning to HDMI adapter. Try using AirPlay instead if you have a compatible TV or streaming box.

You can cast from a 3rd generation or newer Chromecast stick. More information on how to cast can be found at AJFF.org/faq.

Step 4: Enter Your Voucher Code

Enter the voucher code on your ticket to access the film. Then, press ‘Play’ to watch the film.

Note: The ‘Play’ button is visible only during the steaming portion of the festival, March 7 - March 16. Enjoy the movies!
