A married mother fluent in Arabic, is a daring hostage mediator, later defamed, in this gripping docufiction about a March 1975 terrorist siege in Tel Aviv’s Savoy Hotel. That she was there with her lover, brings shame and slander. New materials and stunning direction boost Dana Ivgy as the maligned heroine who used language and humanity to connect with the enemy.
