Writer-director Tom Nesher, daughter of influential filmmaker Avi Nesher, brings a bold new voice to Israeli cinema with this haunting tale of love and loss, inspired by family tragedy, which earned 12 Israeli Academy Award nominations, winning Best Film and Best Director.
