In-Theater Pricing

Evenings and Weekends (Reserved Seating) — $18
Weekdays after 4:00 PM and all weekend shows

Matinees (Reserved Seating) — $16
Monday–Friday, start times up through 4:00 PM

Special Event Pricing

Opening Night — $180
Includes Opening Night reception, film program with Q&A, and complimentary parking

Young Professionals Night, presented by AJC ACCESS — $36
Includes party and film program; seating is general admission

Late Night at the Plaza — $18
Seating is general admission

Closing Night — $36
Includes Jury Prize announcements, film program with Q&A, dessert reception, and complimentary parking

Virtual Cinema Pricing

General Admission — $18
Virtual Cinema tickets are priced per household

How to Order Your Tickets

Online or By Phone

Buy tickets at AJFF.org starting Friday, January 27 at 12:00 PM, or call 678-701-6104. A $2.50 fee applies to phone orders.

Box Office Hours

For Sponsors & Members

Sponsors and members can take advantage of the exclusive presale period beginning Wednesday, January 18 at Noon. Reserve your tickets before the box office opens to the public on Friday, January 27, after which in-theater and Virtual Cinema screenings may sell out.

To claim your complimentary tickets, log in to your account at AJFF.org/memberlogin, click ‘Continue Shopping,’ select the film you wish to watch, add the complimentary ticket to your cart, and then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Receiving Your Tickets

In-Theater and Virtual Cinema tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment. Tickets are also available to download through the My Account link on AJFF.org top menu bar.

Additional Policies

Tickets

Due to circumstances beyond our control, certain films may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice. AJFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or forgotten tickets. All ticket sales are final; no refunds or returns.

For in-theater screenings, individual tickets are required for all attendees.

For Virtual Cinema screenings, only one ticket is required per household. The voucher code on your ticket is required to access the film and is valid for one viewing.

Screening Times

Films in the Virtual Cinema can be viewed anytime during the festival dates, beginning noontime on Wednesday, February 8 through the evening of Tuesday, February 21.

Films presented in-theater will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Festivalgoers are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the film program.

Theater Regulations

AJFF strives to provide a safe, pleasant, and secure environment for festivalgoers. Please take all personal belongings as you exit the venue. AJFF is not responsible for items left behind at the venues.

Security

All AJFF screenings are monitored with the assistance of trained security personnel. AJFF reserves the right to search the personal belongings of any attendee. AJFF reserves the right to refuse entry into or eject from the venue any attendees engaging in conduct that is inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or threatening. AJFF also monitors all virtual programs and reserves the right to revoke access for anyone found to be illegally sharing film access.
